What we collect

When you send an enquiry we receive the name, email address, dates, group size and message you type, plus a phone number if you choose to give one. We use them only to answer you and, if you book, to manage your stay and meet Croatian guest-registration law.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It stores cookies in your browser and records your approximate location, your device, and how you arrived at the site. We use it only to understand how the site is used, never to identify individual guests, and we do not link it to your enquiry.

It only runs if you choose OK on the cookie notice when you first visit. Choose No thanks and nothing is loaded. Your choice is remembered in your browser and you can change it by clearing this site's data.

The map on the property pages is also served by Google. Both are subject to Google's privacy policy.

What we do not do

We do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell data, and we do not use your details for marketing unless you ask us to.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted within twelve months. Booking records are kept as long as Croatian tax and tourism law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to the address on the contact page.
