Good for
Families and groups of friends who want a house, not a hotel. Space to cook, eat outside, and let children run between the garden and the beach. Windsurfers and paddleboarders, since Jadrija is one of the better-known spots on this coast. Anyone bringing a dog, at no extra charge. Smaller group, or want a pool? Villa Marco Polo, two doors down, opens in April 2027. Large groups can take both houses together.
Not for
Stag and hen groups, parties, or anyone hoping for nightlife on the doorstep. Jadrija is a quiet residential neighbourhood, with quiet hours from 11 pm.
Inside
Four bedrooms. Two with queen beds, one with three single beds, plus a sofa bed in the living room. Air conditioning and heating in every room. A cot is available on request, free.
Two bathrooms. One with a bath, one with a shower. Towels and a hairdryer are provided.
Kitchen and living room. Oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and enough kitchenware to cook for nine. Washing machine, iron and drying rack. Flat-screen TV, a desk, and a fireplace for spring and autumn stays. Free wifi throughout.
Outside
A large terrace with a dining table for the whole group, a garden, a barbecue, and a balcony upstairs. Guests tell us they spend most of the day out here. Free private parking on site, no need to book it. The house is semi-detached with its own entrance and garden.

Guest reviews
A spacious house on a quiet street in a quiet area of the city. Really close to the beach. The beach is large, but there are few people.
The villa, situated in a picturesque area, guaranteed us peace and quiet. The terrace with its beautiful garden was a wonderful place to relax, and the Croatian cicadas made the time even more pleasant.
A wonderful villa, very well equipped with dishes, appliances and everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness in the house and on the garden plot is perfect. 2 minutes walk from the sea.
Lovely house, very well equipped, nothing is missing. Close to the sea.

Questions guests ask
Is there a swimming pool?
No. Dolphin has a garden and terrace, and the sea is two minutes away. Our second house, Villa Marco Polo, will have a private pool from April 2027.
Is breakfast included?
No. The kitchen has everything you need to make it yourself, and there are bakeries and supermarkets in Šibenik. Dino's mum has been known to drop by with figs from the garden.
Can I park at the house?
Yes. Free private parking on site, no booking needed.
Does the house have a sea view?
No. The house looks over its own garden, and the sea is a two-minute walk away.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 16:00, check-out by 10:00. Tell Dino your arrival time in advance and he will meet you at the house.
Can we bring our dog?
Yes, at no extra charge. Jadrija beach is large enough to find a quiet stretch for a swim with a dog.
Can a large group book both houses?
Yes. Villa Marco Polo is two doors down the same lane, with one house between. Dolphin sleeps nine and Marco Polo sleeps up to six, so together they suit a big family gathering or two groups of friends who want to be close but not on top of each other. Ask Dino for a combined price.
Is Jadrija good for a family with small children?
Yes. The beach has flat rock and concrete platforms into clear shallow water, the lane is quiet, and the house has a cot on request.
Your host

Dino lives nearby and looks after the house himself. He sends directions and check-in details on WhatsApp before you arrive, meets you at the door, and checks in during your stay in case anything is missing. Guests mention him by name in most reviews, which is the best reference we can offer.
