What it is

The whole house is yours: two double bedrooms for four, plus a sofa bed in the living room for two more. A shower room and a separate toilet. The kitchen has a ceramic hob and a gas hob, an oven, an American-style fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machine and washing machine, with a dining table inside and another outside. TV with Netflix, and a dartboard.

The house and its covered terraces come to 125 m², and beyond that there are a further 54 m² of open and partly covered terraces, 23 m² at the front and 31 m² at the back, one of them the lounge area under the pergola. The garden has an old olive tree. Parking for three cars matters in August, when street parking near the beach fills early.

The pool

A 5-metre round above-ground pool, which keeps it safer for small children and dogs than a sunken one. Outside the summer months it is heated by an air-source heat pump, so it is usable in spring and autumn as well. It comfortably takes up to six people.

Good for

Two couples or a family of four to six who want a pool as well as the beach, and who like the idea of Šibenik's restaurants a short drive away and a quiet lane to come back to. Same host as Dolphin.

Prices and dates

Villa Marco Polo takes bookings from 15 April 2027. Prices are being set now and will be published here; as with Dolphin, booking direct will cost less than the same dates on a booking website. If you would like to know as soon as dates open, message Dino and put "Marco Polo" in the message.
